Privacy

The short version: this site does not track you, does not profile you, and does not share data with anyone.

What we collect

The site is served from Amazon CloudFront, backed by an Amazon S3 bucket. Standard server access logs are kept for 30 days. These logs contain:

• The date and time of each request
• The URL requested
• Your IP address (truncated where possible)
• Your browser's User-Agent string
• The HTTP status code returned

Logs are used only to troubleshoot delivery problems and to detect abuse. They are not correlated with anything else, not sold, and not shared with advertisers.

What we do not collect

• No analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Matomo).
• No advertising identifiers.
• No third-party tracking pixels.
• No session cookies. The one cookie-like value this site uses is a localStorage entry for your dark-mode preference, which never leaves your browser.

Third-party services

The site loads no third-party fonts, scripts, or trackers. Type renders in your operating system's UI font; icons are inlined as SVG. Articles link to external sources; clicking one takes you to that third party's site, whose privacy practices we do not control.
